Personal Statement
I strive to create a safe, comfortable and open atmosphere for my clients, a haven for them to take time out for themselves, their families, and/or their loved ones for exploration and understanding. I believe that growth and change come from really listening to our own inner voices and respecting those of others, opening ourselves up to new knowledge and new ways of being, and gaining the tools we need to navigate through life. In working with clients I also emphasize the importance of communication and education in improving interpersonal relationships. I would be honored to join you on your inner journey and be part of the process of creating health, happiness and vitality.

In addition to working in private practice at Wellspring Counseling Group, I provide therapeutic services to adolescents both at Phoenix School in Camarillo, a special education program providing educational services to emotionally disturbed students, and at New Way Group Home in Oxnard, a residential treatment center for emotionally disturbed adolescents and/or adolescents placed in the facility through a law enforcement probation department or the Department of Children and Family Services.

Insurance Accepted: Any plan that accepts out-of-network providers; I provide clients with monthly statements to submit to their insurance carriers for partial reimbursement of therapy costs.
